Alcudia and Majorca

If the frantic resorts of the south are not to your taste, then Alcudia on the north coast of Majorca is the place you are looking for.

Thirty miles north of the capital Palma, Alcudia is just 40 minutes by car from the airport. The journey takes you through the heart of the island past steep mountains on your left, through the towns on Inca and Sa Pobla and onto lowlands where much of the island’s fruit and vegetables are grown.

The old walled town of Alcudia appears on the horizon as it did to the Romans in the 2nd Century BC when it was the Roman Capital of the island. Before reaching the old town of Alcudia, head south for one mile along the main bay road where you will find the Cuidad Blanca complex and the Alcudia Bay View.
